Robert P. Miller, M.D.


Dr. Robert Miller was born and raised in the Chicago area. An undergraduate education was obtained at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Miller then attended medical school at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in the Chicago area. Following graduation, Dr. Miller completed residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Illinois. Following eight years of general otolaryngology practice, which gradually became more oriented toward the pediatric patient, Dr. Miller took a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati, and the Children's Hospital in that city. The fellowship specialized in all types of pediatric otolaryngologic problems and therapies, with particular emphasis on ear disease and airway problems. Since the fellowship, Dr. Miller has been practicing pediatric otolaryngology at Lutheran General Children's Hospital and Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago / Lurie Children's Hospital.

Dr. Miller has published numerous articles in the otolaryngologic literature, and has been on national committees in his specialty. Dr. Miller is co-director of the Pediatric Airway Center of Chicago.
